Ben H. Langford is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. His practice includes representation of clients in the areas of serious personal injury, insurance bad faith, medical malpractice, products liability, nursing home neglect, and employment.

 

After receiving his undergraduate degree in History from Lewis & Clark College in 1981, Mr. Langford graduated from the Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1985 and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas the same year. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Western District of Texas and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit.

 

Since 1987, Mr. Langford has been an active member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice (formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America). He is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He served as past president of the El Paso County Trial Lawyers Association (EPCTLA) and has been featured as a guest speaker on the subject of Car Wreck Litigation for the EPCTLA.

 

Mr. Langford’s peers and judges have ranked him at the highest level of professional excellence. He has received an AV Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the national directory of attorneys.

 

Mr. Langford and his wife of 18 years reside in El Paso with their two children. He dedicates much of his time to the Central and Westside YMCA as a volunteer coach for baseball, basketball, and soccer. Mr. Langford also serves as an active member of the Board of the Westside YMCA and the Legal Committee of the Central YMCA. He also enjoys his work as a volunteer for the Children’s program at St. Patrick’s Church in El Paso and as a member of the PTA at Carlos Rivera Elementary School.
